The hotel was decorated beautifully with a lot of attention to detail. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and experiencing the local culture. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel was a little difficult to find and the directions provided were not very clear. The room was a bit too warm and we had trouble adjusting the temperature. We also had a slight issue with the timing of our breakfast, but it was eventually resolved. we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our New Year's celebration.

We stayed at a hotel in a charming old town that had a cozy and warm ambiance. However, finding the hotel was a challenge, and the room we had was uncomfortably hot. Despite this, our room and bathroom were spotlessly cleaned up and well-maintained. The staff was always polite, available, and friendly, and the food was delicious. We were delighted to find the different hand-made souvenirs made from wood and copper from which we could keep a piece of the town.
The breakfast we had was not served on time despite our agreement, and we also had to pay an extra amount for the coffee.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was a nice attention to detail. The location was great, close to a charming and historic part of town with local handicrafts. The breakfast was particularly delicious.
Finding the hotel was difficult and the staff was not helpful in providing directions. The room we were in was uncomfortably warm, with a heated floor that didn't seem to be adjustable.
